Having begun in 1997 , the festival was concieved by artists in the local area who sought to make the arts more accessible to the community, especially in the quest of inspiring children and families to get more incolved in all aspects of the arts.

There will be plenty of craftmakers, artists and permormance showcases from manyt in the local area. Admission is free, but there will be fundraising events that will go to charity
