The Business

Elite Kitchen Designs has been trading from 19 Bargates, Christhcurch since 1983.

Offering an alternative to the national warehouses, Elite offers old fashioned customer service, 21st century technology (Computer Aided Design Systems) and styles, exceptional quality kitchens and appliances with a free design service.

Recommendations and referrals have been the major factor in their success.

In a recent survey of customers over the last 12 months, everyone that responded said “they would recommend Elite to friends & family”, and the lowest score given for quality was 9/10, with an average of 9 1/3 out of 10

There aim is for every customer who buys a kitchen from them, to be happy enough to recommend them to their friends, relatives and neighbours, and the feedback and referrals that can be viewed on their website is a testimony to their success.

Whether you are looking for a whole new kitchen, a door change, Worktop change or something completely different, they would be happy to talk to you and discuss what they can do.

They offer a FREE design & quotation service, with no obligations attached. Then if you decide to buy your kitchen through them, they will project manage the kitchen from start to finish.

The Process

Exploring ideas and Consultation
Their design process starts with a consultation to discuss your idea's and needs, how you live and entertain as well as the style and character of your home and your budget. You may find it helpful to make a list, which will help you focus on the important features of your new kitchen.

Survey
A free, no obligation survey will be carried out to measure your room so that a design can be created.

The Initial Design
They will take your idea's and requirements and translate them into a workable design for you, this will include an A2 Plan to make it easy to read and understand, a quotation and 3D drawings to give you an idea of how your kitchen will look.

Presentation
Their designer's will talk you through the plan and 3D images discussing all aspects of the design to help you fully understand the layout.
At this stage any changes or additions can be made to enhance the design even further.
Their quotation will provide a clear indication of the full cost of your new kitchen including fitting, plumbing and electrical work if required.
